Listed in this site are ideas, Tips and help for the individual who wants to forgo the need of a real estate agent and sell their property by themselves also known as the FSBO.   There are properties listed here that both FSBO and ones that are under the control of a licensed real estate agent. 

FSBO properties are placed on the site and are represented totally by the owner.  All information included in the tours is from the owner and have not been verified or certified by an active real estate agent.  Contact information is included within the tours and all pricing negotiation and property visits should be set up through the owner directly.  Each FSBO tour is marked on the opening tour page as FSBO.

I monitor the “Ask Questions” blog section twice a day and will answer any real estate questions that are posted on the blog as soon as I can.  Any questions that I can not answer will be directed to the appropriate area.
